What is Lángos exactly?
Italians called it Montanarine bay pizza fritta Montanara. Think of it as a deep-fried, flatbread made from a simple yeast dough. It is cooked quickly in hot oil, giving it a wonderfully contrasting texture: crispy and golden on the outside, yet soft, airy, and fluffy on the inside.
What are your most popular toppings?
Obviously the sour cream and cheese the number one. But the Hungarian cowboy with sausage slices or the Budapest bacon are really popular and also the caprese with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil.
Do you have vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes, we do have both. The Langos dough itself is absolutely vegan and we have vegan cheese and sour cream options as well, alongside with other vegetarian and vegan topping options.
What kinds of beer do you have on tap?
Variety of lagers and IPA and lighter or darker side of beers like Stella, Staropramen, Hoegarden even the Hoegarden Rose. And of course Hungarian beer and even our House IPA.
